4-bed villa in Nueva Andalucía

Set in a quiet and private part of Nueva Andalucía, Villa Blanc sits on a generous double plot with a southwest orientation, enjoying plenty of sun throughout the day along with beautiful mountain and sunset views. A long private driveway leads up to the house, which has a modern Mediterranean style, surrounded by palm trees and greenery. Inside, there are four en-suite bedrooms and a guest toilet. Three of the bedrooms are on the entrance level, while the fourth is upstairs, together with a separate cinema room that could also be used as a home office. Wooden floors in the bedrooms bring warmth to the interiors, while the bathrooms have underfloor heating for added comfort. Bespoke carpentry throughout the villa also provides plenty of practical storage. The main living space is open-plan, bringing together the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The kitchen is centered around a large island finished with a Taj Mahal quartzite countertop, which gives the space a simple but elegant focal point. Outside, the saltwater swimming pool is surrounded by spacious terraces with plenty of room for sun loungers. The pool house is designed for easy outdoor living, with a barbecue, dining area and comfortable lounge with a TV and fireplace. It is a great space for entertaining, long lunches or relaxed evenings throughout the year. Terraced steps connect the different levels of the garden, while the rooftop terrace offers another place to enjoy the outdoors, with open views across the mountains, golf course and surrounding area. Villa Blanc is located in the heart of Nueva Andalucía within walking distance of Los Naranjos Golf, making it a great choice for anyone looking for privacy, outdoor living and easy access to one of Nueva Andalucía’s best-known golf courses.
